Hi, friends! It’s Monday evening and I almost forgot to blog today! I can’t believe it! I never forget writing because it is an important part of each day. I thought about my Monday and I quickly discovered why I forgot to write. My day was INCREDIBLY BORING! It is as plain and simple as that.
I did absolutely nothing and, while I hate to throw her under the bus, it is ALL Mommy’s fault. She scheduled work and then a meeting right on top of each other. There was very little “Raegan time” today. Hummmph! She even left me out of activities that I would normally enjoy!
For example, today Mommy went to visit my friend, Samba. Samba is a Portuguese Water Dog and I love her so much. The two of us get along delightfully. Samba is larger than I am but she and I have a lot of the same personality traits so
sometimes Mommy refers to me as Samba’s mini-me. Anyway, Samba had a terrible upset stomach last night so Mommy went to visit her today. Mommy left me at home because, if Samba has a virus, Mommy didn’t want me to get sick. I suppose that I understand Mommy’s logic but I still think that it isn’t fair at all! Again, hummmph!
The only bonus of the day is that, instead of duck for dinner, Mommy is feeding me venison. I suppose she feels like she has to redeem herself SOMEHOW! I ate a few bites and then thought about what I was doing. Mommy REALLY likes it when I have a good dinner so I think I’m going to hold out a little bit and go on a hunger strike. Yeah…that will show HER!
